Change in life

I guess one's life changes a lot when he/she gets a committed partner. I deliberately avoided the word "when he/she gets married" because the contemporary school of thought says that marriage is not required for a committed relationship . (I somehow do not agree to that thought.) Anyway, I believe that when we start living and sharing with a person whom we like, the interests and likings of both the parties slowly align themselves to each other. Initially we start with the understanding that we agree to disagree on certain things. But slowly, we tend to have a common opinion on those points. This does not happen by force or as a sacrifice. It comes involuntarily and naturally.

There are many mind/brain mapping software available under Commercial or open-source distribution. One of the most popular is FreeMind. This is a very easy-to-use mind mapping software written in Java. Yet another one is VisualMind which is a commercial software in similar lines.

Five point someone

This weekend, I read the book "Five Point Someone" by Chetan Bhagat.I started reading the book yesterday morning and finished it by evening. I was glued to the book. It was amazing. I felt that I was a fourth person in the Five-point gang of Hari, Ryan and Alok. Ryan was the best. He is the real Engineer who is an asset to the nation. We need more Ryans to really see "India Shining".
While reading the book, I felt that the story is happening in my alma mater IIT Chennai. Suddenly there will be a reference to Hauz Khas which reminds me of the fact that it is Delhi and not Chennai.
Also, Chetan has described the incidents in a very humorous way - especially the incident where Hari is caught red-handed by Cherian at his residence. It is hilarious. I am still laughing at the thought of Hari sweating in front of Cherian when he is caught with his car.
